The municipality is organized into an administration with four sectors. The Social Services sector includes 4 operations: special housing/community health and medical care, individual and family care, ordinary housing/personal assistance, and disabilities.

To meet the needs of the operations and maintain high-quality care, we now need to strengthen our wonderful team with an additional nurse. We are looking for someone who is curious about working with patients within LSS and social psychiatry. Is that you?

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The main assignment is directed towards LSS and social psychiatry. You will have your office and always start from the nurses' shared premises before going out on home visits for the day. Working hours are scheduled and performed both during the day, evening, and weekend. Most shifts are scheduled during the day, and you will work one weekend out of six. In the evening and on weekends, you will work across several areas: ordinary housing, special housing, short-term units, or LSS/psychiatry, providing a flexible and challenging workplace.

The work is based on a holistic perspective, considering each patient's individual needs and adopting a person-centered approach based on the individual's circumstances. Close collaboration with other professional categories such as unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing assistants constitutes a large part of the work. It is a flexible and varied job, where you meet patients with different care needs and support measures. You will be challenged with creative and fun tasks where you put the individual at the center and consider each person's needs and circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse who is curious about working with patients within LSS or psychiatry. Experience with the target group is an advantage, but for those who are new, we can offer digital training where you will learn more about the nursing work carried out in municipal primary care and about the target group you will be working with.

We expect you to have a positive attitude towards development work and professional development. You have the ability to be flexible and independent in planning and executing your interventions. As a person, you are service-oriented and attentive, sharing your expertise. You find it easy to collaborate and find solutions to the challenges that arise. Before an employment offer, an acceptable extract from the police criminal record must be presented.

A valid driver's license is required.
